| This winter during the snow and ice storms, my sun shelter collapsed and damaged my roof. My insurance co paid for a new rubber roof with the wood over lay. I took it to camping world for repairs. They called me when it was ready and this is what I found. (keep in mind this is the new roof) when I went to pick it up this is how I found it. its been over a month now and I am still waiting on parts to come in to repair the damage they caused. Front Trim they damaged Clumps of dried glue under the rubber Rubber coming up Notice the black spot near the red light that is trash under the rubber | |

| I hope you are letting your insurance company know that the repairs were substandard and they caused additional damage. They will usually let you take it somewhere else to repair the "repairs". It's amazing the type of that shops that do insurance repairs will do. I had it happen to me with my last truck, thankfully Allstate was very easy to work with and it was fixed right at another body shop by a man that took pride in his work. | |
