Just wait until I take a pic of the tie-rod ends on the REX compared to the Polaris's.......WOW....among 1000 other details...I'm not going into a Polaris-bashing tirade, but...Mr. Tim Moore told me one time... "put 1500 miles on a Polaris and sell it".....he is 100% correct.

Putting the Ranger back to stock is priority #1 right now so I can get it on the market.

Congrats Jimbo. You might not like after a while cause you won't be fixing it like the Polaris. I know how you like to fix stuff!!!

We all are just kidding ourselves with the RZR. Now days the RZR is for twenty year olds and peps going thru a midlife crisis. Ridepate is one step ahead of us all with the Teryx! One awesome machine!

I love following your builds Jimbo!!! FINALLY One that hits home!!! Great choices. I can only imagine the skill us Teryx owners are going to be able to glean from you. I want to extend the olive branch to a former PoPo owner... Nice to see you are coming around to our kind of thinking.

You know what Mike it is one bad MOFO!!! My observations so far with 25 miles. And I am comparing it to the 900 Ranger. Ergos-Way better than the Ranger. Everybody loves the seats, they kick ass. I like the raised Hummer-like console. It does have a little more rear driveline noise compared to the Ranger when you hit those little studder-bumps and is not as quiet in-cab, but it's not bad really. I've felt no more in-cab heat than the Ranger. The firewall is completely enclosed and the engine cover is insulated. The EPS kicks ass so does the engine braking. The suspension is a little harsher than the Ranger. Tho I've not touched pre-load or comp settings yet. It's sprung a little stiff.
We did a little drag race against the 900 tho today. The Polaris jumped it off-line for about 30 feet, then the V-Twin spun-up and said bye-bye by about 4 leanths to 50 where then the limiter kicked in and it got passed by the 900 after about an 1/8th of a mile. 0 to 50 kills the Ranger tho. I'ts got a little harmonic vibration (plastic) under the drivers dash tho I've got to track down.
Mounting rocker-switches is not going to be as simple as the Polaris tho, but I've got a plan. The cage is going to drop too!!! Almost as easy as a RZR.
