| Alaska kinda makes a person seem very small and insignificant. It is soooo big and beautiful. We went to Denali park and got to see most of mt. McKinley (20,320 elev) which is a rare thing because of clouds. We could see it and it was 70 miles away. It just blew me away being so far and looking so close. We saw Dall sheep, grizz, moose, mtn goats, caribou, eagles, black bear and many other critters. It was a bucket list trip that I hope all of you that are interested can make. I will post more pics. | |

| Les, we went on a cruise/ tour. The front end was a 7 day cruise with stops at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Glacier national park ending at Seward/anchorage. We then went by bus to Denali park a 10 hour ride then by train back to Anchorage and flew home. 12 days total. We did meet a group that was on a RV Alaskan Guided Tour they meet the Guide In British Columbia and and do a 34 day trip through BC and Alaska. It really sounds like a great trip. I'd love to do it. | |
