We need to liven up this place

Place is dead lately, very few new posts and little traffic. We need to do something to liven it up.

Ideas?

Hell I've only rode once so can't have much to share...had plenty bad luck on my only ride...parts that didn't show up in time to get everything working on the new buggy, got to the campground and found out my fridge quit working...rode 200 yards up trail 5 and snapped a axle....everybody's response was the same....bullshit who did....where, on what...ended up with some Rhino axles that held up just fine the rest of the weekend.....rode some newly discovered trails with Tyler leading us around...did have some good news...the 1000 fits in the work&Play toyhauler..looking forward to the next ride it's always a blast

work is busy this time of year for me,kids keep me on my toes too with scouts,paint ball,fishing,and general b/s plus a/c is going out, new unit will run about 4000.00 new door to the deck about 2000.00     soooooo,riding is going to be even less for me right now.and this is more that i have ever posted at 1 time  

So went back and read the op my last post was not much to help liven things up at all. Kind of lost on how to kick it up some.

I'm busy planning my annual Colorado trip in 4 weeks. Going to be riding all over the San Juan's from ouray this year with my dad and brother. Getting new suspension in tomorrow from special carriers. Went riding the last two weekends in a row, but it was with my sons, so we went to canmer and royal atv in clarkson.

I have not been to Royal atv in a few years is it still over grown on some of the trails?

I'm curious too..  Haven't been there in a few yrs. How much is it to ride at royal atv?

Are you talking about royal blue. We were there a few weeks ago on park was good. Off park had some trees down, but I had my chain saw.

no Royal atv park off the wk parkway off millers town exit i think thats the right name ,only a few hundred acres small place ,can be kind of fun for a day trip

It's around 500 acres. Good place to go ride. It's only about 50 minutes from my house, so good spur of the moment trip. There is a waterfall there, some challenging trails for ATV's, and the rest is easy riding. I take the kids there for them to practice. They have a little track to ride on too.

The trails aren't over grown bad, but I'm not too picky. I've probably been 5 times this year and there is always around 10-15 other people there. Price is $20/RZR and $10/ATV, I think.

If you're into mud, there are some spots to run through that you can bury you're RZR in, but that's not my thing.

The little "5 dollar holler" in Canmer this weekend was actually better. They spent some time cleaning that place up. I've been there probably 4-5 times this year too and for the money, that place is just as fun. Can't beat $5 for a ride. There are usually 15-20 people there on the weekends and it's only an hour from Bardstown too. Nothing hard, but some fun little quick hill climbs. Good place for wife and kids.

yeah chadboehne, that's the place, its about the same distance for me to. Fanchers or( $5 holler )on the other hand is closer.

Royal is only 20 minutes form my lake house. I don't mind riding there for a day. However, I don't know about the place in Canmer.....

If you're wanting to go for serious riding, don't go. I take my 4 year old there on his 50 and he loves it. I mainly sit and watch him. I wouldn't go to Canmer if I was going by myself, but it's great for the kids.

I think we need to lift Jerry's ban again. At least there was more discussion when he was here!

Jerrys here we who know him all know that, and hey he might even be you right now as he use to log in under your name with your permission as I remember
