So now the 800 is obsolete. I'm glad they are improving, I hope the new 900S is just as durable and reliable on the trail as the 800 is. However the price is steep if you want an LE

Bush looks like u got the rear a-arms but I don't see a 4 seated yet. They are listening to people in the east, just took awhile. Highlifter edition will be a hit for thc ones that like mud.

...................... AND A HIGH LIFTER EDITION FOR THE MUD. 2015, RZR is introducing its first mud machine, the new RZR XP 1000 High Lifter Edition, built for the true mud rider. To tackle the mud, Polaris took the vehicle’s massive power from the ProStar 1000 and reduced the gearing for more mud specific torque and added a heavy-duty reverse chain. To ensure the power plant breathes, the unit features high engine air and clutch intakes and outlet which are essential for reliable performance. The redesigned front axles, stiffer suspension springs, higher-clearance lower A-Arms and radius rods, mud-specific Walker Evans shocks, 29.5 in/74.93 cm High Lifter Outlaw II tires and standard EPS provide a suspension and handling that will excel in the mud. Polaris also equipped the vehicle with lower half doors, 4,500 lb/2041.17 kg winch with synthetic rope and integrated in-dash switches, rear-view mirror and a specially designed brush-guard that provides higher access to the included winch. For added protection from muddy conditions and easier cleaning, the vehicle sports an improved drainage skid plate, custom powder-coated chassis, and sealed switches, fuse box and battery to ensure optimal protection for vital components. The sharp High Lifter graphics kit is an endorsement from one of the leaders in mud riding and ensures the High Lifter Edition is all business in the bog. The RZR XP 1000 High Lifter Edition offers all these premium mud features and accessories for a MSRP of $23,499, less than what it would cost to add them individually, and can go from the showroom to that favorite mud hole in a matter of minutes.

I did not think they would keep all the motor sizes when the 1000 debuted. I thought they would drop the 900 and have the 570/800/1000. At least when Polaris announces something new it is something worth looking at unlike Yamaha!!!

I like the S but wont be interested unless it had the 88hp my current 900 has. The mud edition 1000 is sharp, just replace the tires

I was glad to see that they are introducing a 570 Ace. My wife thinks they are pretty cool.

You and me both, brother. I get it to the point where I want it, then boom. Also, if I got a four seater that would mean that I would be bringing both kids to every ride and I'm not sure I'm ready to go there just yet. Maybe when they're a little older and it's not so much work. I can say that it was nice to be able to talk about getting a new buggy for once, that was unusual.

I hate that the XP 900 is gone. In my opinion it was the prefect size. I really don't want a 1000 because of it's size and I don't want to loose any horse power or wheel travel. Sucks for me.

Just keep your 900 and trade the Teryx for a XP 900 4. That shouldn't be difficult to justify to the wife. I wish my wife would be okay with two buggies, though she is enamored with the 570 Ace.

I agree with you Bush , if it had the 88hp motor , i would of gave it a look. But this is Disappointing...
However, you are driving a RZR S. If you were to test drive the new 900 S it would be a huge improvement over what you have. This is the machine "you guys" have been asking for.
BTW, I told everyone this machine was coming......
