dealer called me wed (22) and said the voltage regulator was going to be another week or more and they didt have one on the lot to take one off of.  then called me back thurs and said never mind you have a 900. bring it over and we will put one on from a new one on the lot.  said he was thinking i had a 1k.  took it over and they fixed me up. took one off a new one on the lot.

Tall mochine there Bush

Super ATV arched front a arms and a 3 inch lift. Ordered wheel spacers but they not came in yet. So I had to put my factory wheels on the rear. The 1k wheels are narrow offset and hit the rear shocks

17inchs in the front with the bighorns and 16inchs in rear with the factory 27s. Going to take some preload out in the front and add some in the rear. Little soft in the rear after removing the sway bar.

looks good like it is ready for some 32" roctanes!

Broke an CV joint few days ago trying to climb over a down tree while checking cows.  Heard it popping but didn't know it broke until today.

The broken CV cage cut the boot.


Put spare rhino axle in.


Also changed a bearing and put new tie rod on. Greased both front bearings . And had to order new bearings. For the rear. They are shot after 800 miles even after greasing them when I put them in.

I think if you read between the lines in the Polaris manual it states you are suppose to change bearings every third tank of gas! I know both our machines need new bushings and bearings before the next trip!! I will do mine first, hers will probably come with new bushings and bearings!!
