2 permits for mountainview?

Was riding last weekend at spearhead in St paul went exploring some old trails where we used to ride a while back (before the power plant). Anyways went past what we used to call the slate dump or the playground which is now a conservation area...anyways went on by and down the hill came to some trail markers marked 101 and on each side of that were "do not enter". Soooo I turned around and just kept riding the other trails well I ran into a guy on a diamond plated side by side and we got to talk in and I asked him about it and he said u had to buy another permit to ride those trails and he sold em and they would be $10 a piece BUT if I hadn't already bought a spearhead permit he could sell me one for $50!for both systems???. Anybody know anything about this?

the old mountan view atv club keep about 15 miles of trails is my understanding. but dont know about the 50 bucks for both maybe bigjake can tell us. i went one some of the 100 trails last fall and they was grew up so bad i turned around. not work the extra $ to ride a thicket

Bush I remember riding with you and having to turn around lol...so overgrown
