There has been a rock slide on I-75 in Campbell Co. Check the TDOT website before you travel. This is located just south of the KY/TN line. Currently both north & south bound travel is affected. Correct me if I am wrong, but you can travel north to exit 141, which is the Huntsville/Oneida exit, right? If going to RRB you can take 52 towards Huntsville, then veer right to Pioneer where you can pick up Stinking Creek Rd, right?

I think North bound,they detour you off at exit 134(Lafollette)

Nathen, we made a mistake our first trip to Brimstone, going south bound I-75, we got off at the Stinking Creek exit (Royal Blue exit) then took the gravel road along a creek (parallel to I-75 sort of) to the road that takes us to Huntsville.  Should be that road you are talking about.

Good news. According to local news reports, all lanes of I-75 through Campbell Co. should be open on Friday.
