| I favor Dayco belts, but on the last machine, the 900 XP the Dayco was not as good as the stock Polaris belt. What is other 1000XP riders out there using? Any place on line have a good price too, let me know. | |

| I have used the Gates CVT Carbon Drive Belt 27C4159. You can find it on Amazon for $70.50. I like it pretty well and carry it as a backup. I still like the factory Polaris belt. | |

| Gates Gforce as a spare, a proxy. $55.00 on eBay. Decent reviews figure it will get me back to the trailer at least. | |

| Be aware that there are multiple choices in the Gates belt. You want the carbon fiber CVT if you chose to buy a Gates belt. Bush is right that buying it from hunterworks.com is one way to assure that you get the correct belt. | |
