How are our member doing that were in the path of Hurricane Irma? I had to work when it passed through here, 24 hours of emergency calls no sleep good times. When I got home I found I was lucky, One tree down that glanced the corner of one of our storage buildings. Had it fell the other way I would have lost my shop, buggy, everything.

Just rain from it here by the BIG MUDDY. Still raining from it as it whirls around and around us.

We were fortunate we didn't loose power nor trees just a few limbs. We did get 5.6" of rain. In addition, we didn't get run over by the Florida folks comin or going. Really feel bad for those folks.

Sister in laws place down on Big pine key. Don't ask me how she's getting these pictures but that's a brand new trailer not a month old next to the boat. In the pics the garage is gone and don't know who's boat that is. It's the house in the very bottom of the pic. Hurricane Irma Img_0510

Hope she fairs out ok. On the boat deal, I think it is called unattended property claim. In other words the boat has a new owner and a new home.

Sister in laws place in Big Pine. They let them back in finally, the place is a total loss. Her company's paying her and paying for a place in Orlando. FEMA has already kicked in 500$ and it sounds like insurance will cover everything except the boat. Hurricane Irma Img_0512
