I took the rzr out to our Lexington farm for one last ride today. We are currently developing this property into a high end residential subdivision. After a long winters work our main entrance road was blacktopped yesterday so I figured I better enjoy a ride out there now before houses begin to go up! It was a nostalgic but also an enjoyable ride checking out my new Gibson dual exhaust...I do wish I had some of you with me it would have been perfect then. Here's hoping that all my ssxsr brothers and sisters are safe and well during this uncertain time. God bless.

Thanks Jim. I am involved in a lot of development sites in Jefferson County. I personally believe the brakes are about to be put on soon on homes. I saw a slow decline at the beginning of the last recession, so it took awhile. This time, with the loss of so many jobs in this short time frame, it might be different.

We have been extremely fortunate so far a coalition of large home builders bought out our entire first unit of lots and that will cover all the development costs for the entire property (7.62 m) and leaves us with half the property still to finish and sell we are hoping the low interest rates will continue to make these lots attractive. But, who can tell? Wish us Luck...
