| The Black Hills National Forest service ( in South Dakota) is proposing a OHV fee to use a designated motorized off-highway vehicle trail system. The fees would be $20.00 for a weekly permit, $40.00 for a annual permit and $100.00 for a commercial permit (OHV rental vehicles) Does this sound about the right fee? What do you pay in your state? Thanks for your input.

| Well in my state you are not allowed to ride any unlicensed vehicles in the National Forest. That would be West Virginia. Each Forest district makes their own rules. The fee's you mentioned Sounds reasonable to me. Since there are no licenses required for a ATV/UTV in West Virginia we can not ride them in the National Forest land. | |
