Kentucky Rain - The Rooster Song - Video!

Hey Guys & Gals!

First I want to say a big ole howdy to everyone and to say that I'm already making plans on who to get for our entertainment for next years trip down to visit the "Holler Crawlers"!

Now for the good news. This past Saturday night Kentucky Rain was at a benefit singing. I was able to get a video of the group doing one of your favorite songs - The Rooster Song! The sound quality stinks (it was in a school gym and the echo was horrible) but I was close enough to the speakers that you can at least tell what the song is.

I'd say the best word to say how I've been is BUSY! Very busy. AND to top it off tonight is the anniversary of the first official meeting of the Holler Crawlers. I had planned on making a HUGE sheet cake and putting the HC logo on it. Had to redo my plans, can't find my 1/2 sheet cake pan! AND I even bought 4 cake mixes to use. Backup plan - have Wally World bake the cake and just put first coating of icing on. I'll do the decoration here at home.

Been taking several groups up on WTOP and beyond. There is one ride that you would LOVE.. it goes from right in my back yard in Rose Hill and goes to Harlan Overlook and other places. All total it is over a 60 mile ride. Lots of fun too! Hurry up and get your tails back down here!
