Dave mine was off from the factory.
i ajusted it . just by mesureing the front and the rear.
of the front tires.
useing a block of wood as a guide. i put about 1/2 inch toe in
in the front. and it drives great. cheers
from the factory it was toed out about an inch and it made it wonder.
you need a little toe in to keep it tracking strate.

Chris.... allright

Same here. After busting the rack I had to re-set mine. I set mine to 3/4-in.

They toe it out from the factory to keep from having too quick and twitchy steering. That can cause abrupt manuvers that result in rollovers. affraid

Dodd showed me a sweet trick for setting toe on a Rhino. Step #1 remove front wheels. #2 let the ball joints rest on some roll dollies so the front suspension is compressed. #3 adjust tie rods to achieve desired toe by measuring across the hub. We set both of mine @ 1/4" in and that works pretty good. There is supposed to be a paint mark on the rack and steering shaft so you will know where the steering wheel should be centered.
