| Here are the current HP ratings for the Big Bores. The info is from 2008-2009 certifications in CA. These numbers are measured at the crank, not the rear wheels. If you would put your machine on a dyno, you would get a lower number due to losses from the tranny setup. Rhino numbers are the same as Grizzly, Brute are the same as the Teryx.
HP Ratings from Carb, listed highest to lowest hp.
Polaris 850______69.06 hp Can Am 800 R____67.05 hp AC 1000_________65.84 hp Can Am 800______61.7 hp Can Am 650______55.4 hp Brute 750 Carb____50.1 hp Brute 750 EFI_____49.8 hp King Quad 750____49.6 hp AC Mud Pro_______49.06 hp King 700_________48.5 hp Polaris 800_______48.3 hp Grizzly 700________45.6 hp Polaris 700_______44.3 hp AC 700 H1_______41.4 hp AC 700__________41.4 hp Grizzly 660_______40.9 hp Can Am 500______40.4 hp AC 650 H1_______39.3 hp Rincon 680_______38.5 hp Grizzly 550________36.9 hp King 450_________36.7 hp

| Interesting stuff. Note how the Brute 750 Carb has more HP than the Brute 750 EFI motor. | |

Not according to the carb stuff i read on the new teryx, efi listed at .4 more. I think these specs are for atv's, the sxs motors are set up different in the way they are tuned. So they could have different readings. | |

| Also i think the EFI's are very limited in there stock form. once the ignition and fuel map is changed the EFI's make extream increases over the carbs..... | |
