I just ant sure i can sit and ride in a car that long. its hard enough just to sit long enough to Kentucky. :D But as i said. i would never say never...... Chris....

| I did Utah (stayed in Marysvale) this September and it was a great trip. Carrying SxS's out there would be very expensive with $4 gas but with $1.50 gas it is not too bad. Really was a great place to ride. I'll go back in 2010 or 11. Might take my toyhauler but night just rent a Rzr again. | |

| Well....it really does not matter to me....West would work....Canada , to much bull _hit getting across the boarded...but, UP is just about like Canada without the hassle. LT gave my name to some club, to maybe guide them on a UP ride....they have been looking into it. They are from down southern way. Also, have any of you guys realized that you have a 48' semi trailer at your convenience??? If you wanted to do a ride and not everyone could afford the $ to haul their machine out to where ever, we could always load about 9 machines on the trailer....something for the organizing powers to be to think about.

TTb ( www.triadtrailblazers.com) looked hard and the best was $800 to haul an ATV to Utah from Winston-Salem NC. This required a 10 ATV minimum. Everywhere else was $1500+. This was when fuel was #4 a gallon..

Give us an Idea Foxfire? From Louisville Kentucky. Would that be a good pick up point for you? Maybe we could leave our trailers at Big-R's, and carpool from there.

| The issue I mentioned previously with carrying SxS's will be the limited # that can be carried on a 53' cargo trailer. The Rhino will not fit but 1 across and are almost 10' long. This allows only 5 to a semi trailer. The Rhino is too tall to double stack with cages so you can not gain by doubling. A semi can carry 28 ATV's in a dual level carrier or only 5 Rhino's. I would bet that renting is very favorable in this case. The issue with shipping is that the truck and trailer will be tied up for the entire time -- in the case of TTB going to Utah it tied up Trailtrackers semi for 15 days even though we only rode in Utah for 9 days. South Dakota is only 1250 miles from Ky so the drive is much shorter then to Utah. I'd expect the shipping to be $1400 or so for each SxS to S Dakota from Ky. If everyone had stock Rzr's with stock wheels the trailer could hold 10 to 12 Rzr's and thus the price would be alot less. But then again if pigs could fly..... For what it's worth we were able to negotiate a rate of $1000 with insurance to Rent a Rzr in Marysvale Utah for 7 days. That was a heck of a deal since the normal rate is $195 a day + $15 extra per day for insurance. The Rzr did great but we beat the heck out of it. $1000 was a deal since we put 700+ miles on it, turned it on it's side once (punched a hole in right side), and hit 1,000,000 huge rocks. | |

| What dates exactly are we looking at? I might take another look at the calender and weigh the option of going out west versus going home to WV. | |

| Ok after an hour consideration, and some prodding, you know who you are.............maybe. My way of doing it would be flying out, renting a sxs, ride, fly home......But i see the options are opening up.... |

| The guys in my area said when they hauled a SXS you had to remove the roll bar like the way they are shipped from the factory to the dealer so you could still double stack a trailer. | |
