I tore my rotator cuff and just had surgery. Its very painfull and I will be out for 3 months. I am now selling all my regular quads; if it dont have a roll cage and seat belts i aint in it

i feel your pain brother. up until last year i ran atv mx. i had a wreck on the 50ft doudle at an arenacross race and tore my knee cap away from my knee. nothing like just walking around and having your knee hyperextend all the damn time.

I've had to have both of mine operated on and know how you feel. PLEASE do like they tell you. DON'T do ANYTHING until they tell you and then DO EVERYTHING they tell you. Rehab hurts like fire for a little while but if you don't do like they say you'll never regain full use of the arm. A guy I worked with was a lazy ass and felt he knew more than the docs. Now he can only raise his arm up about 65% or so. Ya have to work it to get it better but ya also have to wait till they tell ya to start or you'll do more damage.
