| What setup do I need to get a winch AND front hitch receiver going? Yep, I have no idea what I'm doing. |

Call Clayboy. You need a Yamaha Front winch mount. It has the receiver in it. | |

| Start with the Yami mount, may take some "tweeking" to make an "other" brand winch fit. Plus with the Yami mount you can use the ulta cool EMP rad guard. The last Yami mount I got was around $65, but I have a hard time remembering sometimes. | |

| Dawber,
Be careful of the winch you choose. I'm told most have plastic gears and wear out. I know Warn has metal gears and a limited lifetime warranty. I know they're expensive but it saves expense in the future and it's a proven product.
With some of my friends I ride with ( one especially ) he got 4 pulls and gears went out.
I got a warn, bullet proof.

| The Warn is what I eventually want to get, but figured I'd go ahead and get the mount first, but make sure whatever winch I end up with will mount to it. |
