Spent 9 days at Windrock wheel'n and wrench'n!! Hot and dusty first three days, rain next three and near perfect the last three!!

Good to here. We need to get together for a ride again soon. Also we my be coming back to the beach there in a month or so. We will have to do dinner again if we do.

About to start to put the roof on the building that will cover my hauler. I pick up the rafters and metal sheeting tomorrow.

What size and height of building you putting in?

I had a quote from USA buildings 4 or so years ago for an RV port 40 foot long, by up to 24 feet wide (any width, but the cost is still the same as a 24 foot wide) by 14 foot clearance, with the metal running vertical on the roof. It is made of rectangular galvanized steel on the structure, bolted to my concrete pad. They quoted $3,400 back then, but I am not sure if I want to loose the concrete pad yet.

Just got back from a week at the beach, now it's time to pay the dues for taking a week off. Missy and the boys went right back down the next day for another week with friends from church.

Riding what's that! Lol. 26 miles on the new ride in 1-1/2 months. I am really pouring the gas to it for sure. I was planning on riding couple of weeks ago then the rain came now it's like mud fest 2016. Can't wait for it to freeze.

i just picked up my new ride on monday trying to get all my crap on it and i think i will be going to windrock this sunday if anyone is gonna be there let me know.

Got cold and getting colder here tonight and tomorrow. In the 20's. Fire is a cranking.

got out and cut me a load of firewood stacked it in the barn. have a 2 loads or more in the barn needing to be split. changed the oil in my truck and changed the trans filter and air filter. hauled the trash to the dump and went and trimmed some trees along my road.

what is everyone up to?

i know its not posting on here.

I have to much wood still (about 30 ricks +-), in the barn. No room to start reloading. I have some great wood on the ground from wind and others needing cut. I hate to store it outside, but I think I am going to have to this year.

Cleaned the camper up inside. Replaced some water damaged boards (dehumidifier hose went nuts) in the kitchen. Found some mouse crap. Cleaned it up. What do ya'll use for rats? Checked the rest of the unit and no sign of rats.

I keep Decon in places, all the time, where the dogs can't get it. Traps with peanut butter in them work good too.

Mice will take over and trash your rv quick.

Me and my brother in law have been remodeling the basement for a salon for my daughter. Home Depot and Lowe's have been getting donations 2 or 3 times a week.

i have never found any sign of mice in the camper. never keep food in it. plus Monica's cats are death to any mice around. not seen them kill a mouse in a long time but have dead moles daily on the porch.

Thanks guys. We tried using this stuff that is supposed to chase them away. Not sure if it worked or not because there was very little sign. We also remove food. I did find a roll of T paper yesterday that had been attacked. Traps go in today with some baits.
