I don't think that will work. However, you can raise it about an inch. Just raise and drill new holes. I just did mine with no problems allright

Well i'll have to look tomorrow... Drilled new holes on bracket I take it?

Also you got the overhead bar from HW?

Yes I have the HW speaker bar. And yes drill holes in the bracket. If you flip the brackets over there will be somethings you can't get a wrench on.

I'll probably just drill holes since I would probably have to take my roof off to TRY to see if it will work and Iwould be pissed if I did it all and didn't work

If I didn't have harnesses I'd really whack the heck out of my head on the speaker bar. Of course that is with a helmet on but I'm aftraid to not wear my helmet with that speaker bar. I've had my bell rung with my helmet on with the shoulder straps loose.
