Made an unexpected trip down to Wiburns today with another Rhino friend from Arab AL and a RZR from Gardendale. RZR crapped out in a deep mudhole over by I65 (go left if you havent been there and avoid this unless you are snorkeled) after only about 4 miles of riding. We pulled him back and he took off to Gardendale (just outside Birmingham) and noticed when he got home his kids Honda Recon was not on the trailor. He Called one of the guys at Wilburns (Ithink it was Leroy) to ask if someone "found" a four wheeler and the guys there had already got a call and went and towed it back to the snack shack. He lost it about 3 miles down CR522 on his way back home. Just a testament to what good folks will do for others when you dont safely secure your ride....... Dont know if any of those guys at Wilburns check out this site but if they do THANKS for the hospitality! No damage to the recon. If you havent made it down to Wilburns it is definitly worth the trip.

Nocerisdave sounds like you had a good trip.

Is that the mudhole down close to the creek?? We always have someone stuck in it, never fails. That mudhole gets deep in the middle an you will get stuck.

Yes it is the one on the way to the creek. At least 3-3/1/2 deep. RZR guy stepped off and sunk up past his arse.... Bad thing about it is that we were warned. Ah well experience is the best teacher.... I am sure after having to break down the RZR motor wont be forgot anytime soon.....especialy when it only has 22 miles on it.
