Myself & the Irishman rode the Wagon Wheel trails we left the Ashland H/M parking lot about 9:45am and rode trails on the way to the Wagon Wheel restaurant.Me and Barry bought a drink and headed down the creeks and stopped to cut a new trail through the woods around the big mud holes where we cut one a few months ago that now is really bad and I and others got stuck in 2 weeks ago but this time we cut one on the other side where you can go around through the creek.After working up a sweat cutting and clearing the new trail we talked to a group that was from Augusta,Ga that had been there since Thursday riding and then we were off headed to Welch and arrived at the Sterling Drive In about 1:30 and ate lunch.From Welch we split off the main trail and took an alternate route to the view and know one was there so we headed back down through the creeks looking for some other riders playing in the mud and we wanted to go back through the trail we just cut...lol We ran into to a large group from Lancaster,Sc that came in Friday and were nice folks so we hung out with them a while and watched them play in the mud holes.We later got bored and took off riding various trails and got back to the truck at 6:55pm with 88 miles in and for the first time since 2004 when the Rhino's came out we never saw another Side by side all day except for our 2 RZR's that was weird.I guess the forecast of rain scared most folks off and it was not much of a crowd like a normal Saturday.We kept thinking it was going to rain all day and it never rained a drop it was an awesome day to ride the trails were muddy from the previous days of rain and the temps were mild and even the haul roads were wet with no dust to be seen we were shocked.We could not have asked for a better day weather wise and no dust Here are the pictures and 6 short videos of some mud playing http://www.flickr.com/photos/rdd8/sets/72157615963635823/ I will have some ride videos up tomorrow :Wink
