| I know my rears are shot, fronts aren't making noise or grinding but gonna do em' all same time.
Found front and rears on e-bay for $36 total. Just wondering what others are having luck with?

| E-Bay cheapies get my vote. 28.99 for a whole 660 set. Softer compound, so they don't last long ,but no noise and awesome stopping power because they are soft. |

| I have a couple of hundred miles on the cheap ebay ones and am very happy with them so far. I still have the front stock ones on but will put the ebay ones on when they go. | |

| How many miles should I get from my factory pads? I plan on pulling them all this weekend to clean the pads and get any grit out of the pistons and rotors. I am sick of them squealing all the time while I am riding. I am also going to tighten my e brake cable so it will hold me on hills again. | |

| LT All I can share is I got 750 miles out of the rear, fronts look to have another 100 or 200 miles left in them, but to save the time, I'm switching them all at once.

| Stockers. I replaced them at about 1200 miles. The front were gone. I probably should have replaced the pads at 900 or so.
Damn Yank. 1400 miles on your front brakes. You need to get out and ride with me. I'll wear your brakes out with some down hill slides. | |

| I can see me going to a high performance brake setup one of these days. Brakes are something I like to have more than other things. It does okay now, but I really like to be able to lock em up hard if I need to. | |

| Damn I must be doing something wrong. I only get 300-350 Rears 600-700 Fronts. I tried some of the Ebay cheapies and the ones I bought I only rode one time. They squeaked so bad I would have took them off in the woods but didn't have the tools with me to do it. Maybe I need to get off the brakes and on the gas mo re. | |
