| Dude, go to Evarts or Brimstone. 60 bucks will get you a year long pass at Brimstone and that is no more than 3 hrs away from you. Not that H/M is bad. I am from WV and love WV......but Brimstone is practically in your back yard. | |

RICHIEB, What kind of riding do you like to do? Brimstone has a lot of extreme trails. It is my favorite place to ride right now. Evarts is also a great place to ride. It has the best commendation for OHV ers. You rent a place in Evarts drop your trailer and do not load until it is time to go home. I have never road H/M trails. So someone else will have to speak for them. However, I do know that the H/M trails has entirely to many rules for me. Especially when you can ride to two place above. | |

| Rode Hatfields once for 2 & 1/2 days and stayed in Gilbert. Had a good time and no complaints. The locals were very friendly, food good, and met some nice other riders staying at the same motel. This was mid-week and not many other riders on the trails we were on. | |

| If you choose Hatfield/McCoy i would recommend the Bearwallow or Rockhouse trails. They have great community connectors where you can ride into town. The trails are well marked for easy navigation. Bearwallow are the most popular trails due to the amount of moderate difficulty trails they have. Here is a link to check both out. Good links for lodging, etc.. are here for both also. Just click on link on top left of page for the two trail heads. http://www.trailsheaven.com/ | |
