I turned it into a useful space

With the lid in the bottom

It is 100% water and dust proof so i will be useing it to carry my tools and emergency chemicals in. It has always been wasted space fr me because whatever you put it it would be dirty...........not now perfect10

Thanks everyone! I made it allright with the help of my friend. Materials and labor to build cost me $160 but it will be worth every penny to have my stuff stay clean. I tested it by holding it underwater in one of my trash cans for several minutes and she worked great, bone dry!

I kept a parts list and time count to see what it would cost to reproduce and ship and the results would be $200 per box shipped anywhere in the US. I dont think many people would spend that much money for it. That price would only put me making $60 and it takes 3 hours.

I know there are ones out there. I think the best one on the market is the one from Moose. The one you have there looks really nice. I would like to check it out at Brimstone. I would definitely want it to be watertight.

i can put the lid on it and hold it under water and she is dry as a can be. Or you can fill it with clean water and it will stay in.

I just saw one of them on another site and I know that they are way smaller than mine. It will not hold near as much but you would be able to remove it with no tools where as mine i made it as big as possible which means you need to remve the lower seat belt assembly to take mine out so they both have their advantages.

So you say you have to remove the seat support to get it in and out? The only problem I see with that is mud is going to get trapped in there. I still want to look at it when we're at Brimstone. I have been wanting another storage option so I don't have to carry so much in the box in the back. What is it made out of, plastic?

You need a 14mm socket to take off 1 nut and its out. I could make it 1" smaller and you would not need to remove the nut, i just wanted it as big as possible for my use.
It is made out of pvc board.
