Last post for the day, COMMO installed !

Have a few extra CB's floating around with a handfull of different antennas.... I know most of the quads use GMRS and such...but the rock crawlers still use CB to chatter back and forth. Plus, I do alot of riding around a local parkway so Help should aways be close (hopefully) in case my cell is lost or damaged in a crash.

In my opinion...Comunication is like a GPS or a compass....you cant ever have to much "backup" !




Ive tied mt antenna down to keep the trees from hitting it all the time, you can still hear quite well like this, but its a good idea to raise it if you are going to talk for a while....SWR's are slightly high with it bent over and close to the metal bed like this.

Very cool. There was a guy from Kentucky on here about 6 months ago that was selling those with the GMRS channels built in for $200. It had 35 watts too. Sometimes I wish i had bought one.

Never mind I just saw it was a Teryx.

Thats actually the cargo net that covers the bed, although im sure you can order one from Kawasaki off of a Teryx along with the brackets to make it work on virtually any other SxS :)

I just hook it up on my cage when my bed is empty.
