Subject: Need help installing UTV powersports sheave Thu Feb 28, 2008 4:35 pm
I got it all put together fine but can't get it to go back on the shaft all the way. I am lacking about 1/16" to get the splines to mate up. Any advise.

There is a veido on hunterworks website that helped me check it out

I figured it out. All you have to do is put two bolt into the pulley to spread them and it loosens the belt.
