| That's your problem I bet. Trash more than likely. It does not take much to stop-up the idle-circuit and give your symptoms. And surely you've changed the fuel-filter? | |

| When I had my Rhino, I had a similar problem. Found that when they drilled the holes in the tank, they didnt get all the shavings out. Had some stuff in the filter and in the carb. | |

That was most likely Silicon sealant from around the sending unit and pick up tube from the top of the tank. It deteriorates and falls into the tank. fairly common problem on the 05-07's.

| well blew out the what I believe was the "in" side of the fuel line from tank to bottom of filter... didnt see anything come out but I did drop one end also adjusted choke and idle slightly seemed to help sat and ideled fine will find out on saturdays ride.
While doing this and tapping my front skid bolts I discovered a leaky front diff, checked all bolts all seemed tight but re tightened the allen head bolt anyone else have this issue on their rhino particulary 07... I still need to check the level before I ride it not sure how much had leaked out

| My 05 used to backfire and quit sometimes.esp when going up a long hill.I had to put a larger air intake to let it breathe a little better and keep the fuel filter changed..Also when you clean the air filter not to get carried away on the foam filter oil.. | |
