Fox News is reporting that he issued orders to all military and FBI pers operating abroad to give "Miranda Rights Warning" to any and all enemy combatants captured on the field of battle. These A$$Holes are not "Criminals"! They are "Terrorists"! They are NOT being taken in by a neighborhood Cop for popping a parking meter! Telling captured Terrorists they have a "Right" to a Lawyer before questioning and further that they have the "Right" to remain silent, is just about the dumbest damn thing I've ever heard of. Since when do the "Rights" of American Citizens apply to enemy combatants captured on the battlefield of another country? Since when do the "Rights" of Terrorists trump the "Rights" of our brave soldiers to survive by gaining information from an enemy? Can you tell I'm upset over this?
