How do you view videos

Most of the threads I open looks like this---

What do I do with this

I am not sure why??? Is it just youtube or is all videos?

for it to look like that.
you most likely have Java script and Java applet
turned off. you need these for a flash player to work....

go into your browser setting and look.
if you dont know how. tell me which
browser you use. and i will get you on the
right path....
