I dont think yamaha should just roll over to these idiots! I think they should fight back by useing the 99% of their happy and mature customers. I know i would stand up in court and say that if you, as a purchaser of a rhino, are stupid enough to roll it and then try to sue you should be shot!!!!! I have tried to roll mine over and have yet to do it. Even if i did roll it i would not care because i wear a helmet and the seat belts that are suggested by yamaha and the law. If i owned yamaha i would spend a billion dollars in laywer fees before i would pay out one dollar to some dummy that was not smart enough to follow the rules or did not understand the risk of riding off road when he (not yamaha) purchased the machine. It just pisses me off to no end to know that stupid people can sue and get away with it. Feel free to contact me by phone or email

| I am going to sell my 05 rhino and buy an 09 or 10 after the big get together sponsored by yamaha on the cumberland plateau this fall. and i am not going to wait till then to sell the rhino. i need to get my rhino fund going
but its typical of todays thinking for people to avoid the responsibility of being accountable of their own actions, as usual the root of all evil is greed and with the mindset of people that make a living off the misfortunes of others this trend will continue until the days off free rides are over.
I swear this version of politically correct democracy is going to be the death knoll of America | |

I don't remember a helmet at the ranch but seat belt yes I wore mine since we were sh!ttin and gettin that day I dang near didnt get it on since it has been in one spot for so long bad sign and bad habit
