Thought I would post this up for those interested. Got Rustoleum brand Roll on Bedliner from Autozone. Cost less than $30 for a Quart and the application kit. Put 2 coats on the Rhino and have plenty left over to do my trailer fenders and metal with. Will eliminate those rock chips and rust. A real cheap and easy upgrade for your UTV bed and trailer. cheers

And here is where I taped off and coated the top of my fenders on the bed.

Yep. The bed rails look professionally done. What did you do, just tape them and then peel the tape up? I need to look into this. My trailer bedrails are chipped and rusty and look like doo-doo.

THE RHINO LOOKS BAD_ASS!!!

Looks good bro, I did the same thing about a month after I got my rhino because of all the scratches and surface rust but I used herculiner it is A lot rougher coating than what you used but it has held up real good mine still looks like it did the day I did it. Another thing I used the hole quart on the inside of the bed.

Which of these do-it-yourself bedliner kits gives you the thickest finish? I'm looking to do my bed, top and bottom, as much for noise control as it is for protection.

Will this stuff stick to plastic? I have some panels that vibrate also that I'd like to quieten down...
