| I just wanted to see if anyone wanted to ride a good area down in Harlan County the Thursday before Bell County. I am trying to arrange for a tour guide over to the Martin's Fork area of Harlan County. This ride will cover a lot of ground and will not go onto the park where permits are required. | |
