I am working on finalizing details...Will have meeting time, place, and ride schedule SET within 2 weeks tops....probably much less than that.

Plus if yall want to stay an extra day, Ill take the SXS on a VIP, laid back, off-park tour that a lot of people would pay big bucks to see...for the Bell County price of $0.

if i can get my old man to let me out of the fields for a weekend, i think i may make this one......anywhere close to Evarts has to be good riding

we're finalizing all details tonight at our board meeting.

Yeah, I would really like to make that ride. However, that is memorial week end and I have family coming to the lake. I'll pitch in some money. Maybe we can get a donation pot going.

edit: saw you said memorial week, not weekend. memorial day weekend is the weekend before the 26th. the ride is the weekend after memorial day on saturday.

Big R, me and some buddies will be makeing a 1 day trip of it. We will be heading down I-75 early in the morning. All depends on what time the ride starts as to what time we will be going. You are welcome to hook up with us somewhere along the way.

I am not to smart I thought that was Memorial weekend Last Monday of May not last weekend.

How far (time) is it for you? You know I am an hour from Lexington.

Have not done a mapquest yet but I would say it will be at least 3 hours for us.

From Louisville, KY: Take I-64 East approximately 77 miles, take I-75 South towards Richmond/Knoxville approximately 81 miles, take the US-25E/Cumberland Gap Parkway exit (exit number 29) turn left onto US-25E South approximately 34 miles.

Where are we going exactly? I have look trough the thread and I am not sure. I need a town or some thing so I can get a room.

I guess the closest towns would be Pineville or Middlesboro.

Not sure where the ride will be. I think those directions are to Pineville. I'm sure BCO can give us some better info.

we're 2 hours south of lex...3 hours south of lville...give or take 10 mins

this ride will actually be leaving from old bell high on hwy 119...get a police escort up hwy 119 (few miles south of pineville) to the riding area...will be an easy ride, but we will 2 rides one easy and another will be a little more challenging.

closest motels are in mboro, ky
