| Brimestone is a lot more technical that is for sure. I had to put mine in 4 wheel drive twice and that was because I had to come out of a creek with a steep bank and after 5 or 6 people went up it before me so it was slick from them coming out of the creek. Also, a lot cheaper to ride at Brimestone. It cost me 61 bucks to get a permit to ride for two days there because I am a non TN resident. But, I would go again. | |

| I've ridden Royal Blue by accident on a trip to Brimstone. Nice place... There rates are a little crazy for anything over 1 day... | |

Jerry, I would be afraid to take you there. You might drown if you turn over.

What do you think Craig? Is Royal Blue a good place to have a ride? How are the trails marked, and do they have a good variety of easy and difficult trails?

| i have been once.i followed most of the time.i dont really remember about the trail markers.i think they r marked well.i do plan on going back.its a big place and i didnt see it all.most trails r mod...to..easy.i really just remember 1 that was challenging but i wouldnt call it difficult.over all its an easy place to ride.its not a windrock at all. if u have a ride there i would get a guide the first time.the way we went to the waterfall on the pics above there were no trail signs and we hit alot of them to get there.a guide shpould be no problem at all to get.i can help with that if needed. | |
