Am I missing something? Or why does nobody ever use

the Chat Box at the top of the page? I don't think I've ever seen anyone use that feature?? How come?

used to alot Tick. Kind of got away from it. There are some jump in there from time to time.

When the "Chat Box" is in use, does the text show up in the box for all to see? That's how it works on some of the other forums. Just wondering since I've never seen it in use. Thanks folks.

No, it used to but forumotion changed it. You can see who is in the chat box, but cant read what is being said unless you are logged into it.

Perhaps that is what made me think it's seldom used?? Thanks Yank.

we useto use it all the time. maybe we will get back into it this winter.

Pate, Foxfire and I still use it often.

it has been at the bottom of the page, why was it moved back up to the top?

We toggle it from time to time to keep people aware of it.
It does seem to get more use in the colder 'less daylight' months.

I think you notice it more when it is at the top.
