Removed the RDC Leveling kit due to it blowing the front shock bushings out.. It moved the top of the shock forward a quarter inch causing the shocks to bind when compressed causing the bushings to have uneven stress..

My kit was 1/4 inch think so the regular kit may not be as bad but I am debating on modifying mine so it does not move the shock forward at all..

After finding KFI offers almost any part you could want separately and finding they upgraded to a 4500lbs motor I ordered one for my U4000W..

To make a long story short I pulled my winch apart, regreased the gearbox, installed the new motor, and now my winch is smooth as new and quite as a mouse..

The last 30 seconds of this video shows how smooth and quite it is now..
