No,,Not Yamaha,,Motor is Tomoto..I called about 5 differant places that sold them..And told each place I had already purchased one,,So i ask alot of questions to each one...Each said,,They have sold alot of these..They are the Rhino Clone...No problems, but the Starter was replaced on some after they sold...Something about bushing sticking..everything else OK..
They are about 3 thousand less than the Rhino also...They said everything is enterchangeable with the Rhino*But the Oil Filter*..No one has really had any Complaints yet,,,So will see i guess...So far i like it..had'nt been anywhere to find out..like to go somewhere close to see how it does..Before really testing it..........If i had the 3K extra bux.I would have got the Rhino........R

3k less so you paid mid 6k's? The 09 rhinos go from 8199. for a new 450 to 10,699. for the special editions at many places. The standard 700's run mid to high 9k range.
Like here at Motosports Yamaha Polaris in Alabama.
