Carson National Forest Releases Travel Management EA for Williams Ranger District
Dear BRC Action Alert Subscriber,
The Carson National Forest, located in north central New Mexico, has announced the release of the Environmental Assessment (EA) for Travel Management on the Jicarilla Ranger District. The Forest Service (FS) will be accepting comments on the EA during a 30-day comment period.
The purpose of this comment period is to give the public an opportunity for early and meaningful participation on the EA for Travel Management on the Jicarilla Ranger District, prior to the Responsible Official's decision.
The EA and other information are available for review at the Carson National Forest's Travel Management website at
http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/carson/recreation/travel_mgmt/index.shtml. Written, facsimile, hand-delivered, oral, and electronic COMMENT DEADLINE IS MARCH 12, 2010.
