Have you tried adjusting the jam-nut on the park brake? Unless you ran your Rhino for miles with the parking brake engaged I don't see how you could have ruined your park brake pads.

i have not tried that however i did ride for over 20 miles last ride and i noticed what i thought was a loss of power due to my new tires and wheels but it might have been the parking brake holding on. the pad is very thin right now. i will try to adjust the nut first before i replace the pad thanks LT.

Just did it for the first time on my rhino. The manual says turn it all the way in and back out 3/4 of a turn, that is too much, the brake will not hold. Only come out half a turn, as I was told by Lt., but didn't listen so I had to do it twice. Half a turn out worked great.
