| Went to macon georgia saturday to pick up my new RZR hauling Trailer, Then las night Changed all my front bushings and A-arm bolts! Since I managed to bend a couple of the grade 8 bolts.. Now I've got grade 10s in there.. | |

Ummm what are you talking about? Most of the bolts aren't self tappers. I would know cause I've had almost all of them out at one time or another... The only bolts I can even think of that might be considered self tappers are the skid panel bolts..The tapered end really helps start the bolts. | |

The bolts aren't what I would consider self tapers. They are a standard thread pitch with a tapered end. What I have always known as self tapers have coarse threads. The only ones I have seen like that have been the skid plate bolt. | |

| BTW, my old Yamaha Raptor was quite the pile of junk, and if it wasnt for a good dealer, and the extended warranty, I would have put alot of money in it just to keep it running. I figured up one time, in parts alone, no labor, that Yamaha put over 3k into it within the little over two years I owned it. I personally would put Polaris CURRENT build quality at the top of the list, under Honda, but above the rest. If you talk about Polaris a few years ago....well, they would have been bringing up the tail end! | |
