I leave everything in the woods(rzrs,commander 1000s) and got vids to prove it and have never broke a a-arm....all my buddys rzrs have broke a-arms...Its a little bigger problem on the rzrs if you didnt know

I am speaking of my experience with a Rhino I had for two and a half years and 5500 miles. The Rhinos weak point, up front, is the steering knuckles. The RZRs weak point may well be the a arms. However, from my experience, and every RZR I ride with.....thats not the case.

Now, lets see some of those vids.

go to wvhotrodrhino and watch my vids bigdog or rhino vs rzr and watch me smoke ther ass.... and you will see me pulling away from a 1000 up hill...I deal with more non believers..."may be the a-arms"....LOL.....we'll your not going to break them doing 5 mph rockcrawling

Changed all upper and lower "A" arm bushings yesterday.......all you RZR Dudes had me worried after reading how many times and how often you guys have changed yours......7,000 miles on the old "Pig Feeder" and they had never been changed. So I ordered all of them.....put the Feeder up on the lift and away I went.

Well wouldn't you know it......that "American Made" Pig Feeder didn't even need to have one replaced... ..... , guess that's what happens when ya have a quality MACHINE

hard wired the Nuvi 500, installed the Zbros Radius Rods, Greased the Zirks, and loaded it on the trailer for a ride at bundy hill tomorrow.

Installed new sti wheels, bighorn knock off tires, new gauges, and hard top on the itty bitty 450.

Did I start all this buy breaking a A arm?

Changed the oil, washed and ready to ride.

After the Evart's ride. I've decided to get off my Lazy butt and wire the hot wire to my power steering correctly.Thanks to a real savvy piece of advice from Chris (aka stealth) I will be doing it right,getting rid of the inline fuse and putting it on a breaker instead.

I'm getting cmf door so that I will not get so muddy on the ride lol

Installed 27"dirt tamers.

Installed a 30 watt two way radio also a stereo with a set of 6x9s. Installed a backup light, underdash block off kit, also sealed off under the seats and put a heatsheild under the bed. Uhh let's see also made a back window, replaced the rear cargo bed and added some lights to the inside of the cab. The wife likes her RZR now that it's like mine. Only couple more things to add
Still need to do a front bumper, skid panel and some 4 points

Do you have some pics of you 2-way radio and heat shield? That is next on my list!

Got a picture of the heat shield with my cell phone. I'll have to take one of the radio.
I just used a piece of diamond tread. I think its 12x24 if I remember right. It fits pretty good and covers probably 4 times as much as the stock one does. Its also a little thicker

I Fixed my worn out steering bushing. We machined out the plastic and made a bronze bushing to go inside so the shaft spins on the bushing not the plastic. I also put a grease fitting in the steering column to make it easy to maintain!

washed dirt from Everat off, new tie rod ,new 16 ch-50watt radio in tonight,thanks Mason,NO MORE HANDHELD, new bulb-- brake light,, ready to go in two weeks again. and super hosed the radiator.

added a cooter brown top and a parking brake from emp

Put a nice big "For Sale" sign on it.
