Gentlemen...........

This morning was, like many Wisconsin early spring mornings, a bit on the nippie side.
So I cracked the thermostat up a couple and went about my day. About a half hour later I noticed a strange smell in the house......kind of like you get when something electric burns.

So I started looking around and wasn't finding anything, till I opened the basement door.
Much to my surprise, I found a 10" deep swimming pool!!!!! Now I started to get like most of us guys would get.... and SOAB.....and all of the others that we might use.

And for some reason Mason popped into my head!!! After a minute of thinking about what he and his family went through and are still going through, well, I kinda just laughed at my little piss ant problem!!!!

So gentlemen.........check your sump pumps!!!!!!
And remember.....it could always be worse!!!!!!

yes fox things getting a little better 3 weeks now and nothing from ins co yet adjuster is the hold up think i got a shittie one said they would put check in mail monday for living expense should have had that 2 days after fire. fox hope you didnt have to much damage. i need to hurry up and ride before i go crazy.

I work in a 600 bed hospital and without getting into details (hipaa privacy laws) I'm reminded daily that a day of good health above ground is a blessing no matter what happens!!!

Turn it into a good thing. Blow up a tube, put on shorts, get a Beer and float around. Turn off the elecricity. Use a flashlight.

hope all is ok fox , that is a heck of a reminder ,i check on my sump everyday and would like to put in a battery backup pump also
