| Just replaced all mine at 2000 miles. Ran 25" tires for the first 1500 and 26" for the last 500. | |

| Fixing to have to change mine again.. I am still getting about 200 miles per set on mine even with the smaller 25 inch tires (that measure short) so I am fixing to go back with some 26" tires for the extra ground clearance.. | |

Man, you have new Cognito spindles too don't ya? 200 miles should not need bearings.

Yea brother I got the cognito motorsports spindles but only one side in the front is down both sides in the rear is down. I have tried all balls pivot works and moose and they all last about the same but I like the seals on the pivot works better because the are wider similar to the stock seals.

| I have also tried some commercial bearings from a local machine shop and they lasted about the same. | |

| That blows. I also replaced mine every 2-300 miles on the Rhino. Got quite expensive with 5200 mile. I was told, after I sold the Rhino, that to get the same mileage out of the original bearings, all bushings and bolts associated with the suspension and the outer cv axle, should be replaced. | |

| Some info i'll share. I'm not at all an expert on bearings, but had an expert help me install the ones on my Rhino.
Use factory bearings and seals only. Aftermarket most times don't have the proper fit. especially the seals. Your talking 1/1000th of inches here.
Make sure that the races are seated firmly against the spacer. Sometimes you may think they are when they are not.
Tap in slowly and evenly in a cross pattern. Do not ever hit the inner race while tapping them in.
Proper Torque is critical! I believe it is 190ft lbs. A good torque wrench is needed for this.
Be careful removing if done with a punch to not scar the spindle.
I did all these things to mine at 1900 miles. At 2500 miles when i sold it, the bearings were all still in very good shape.
