| It will be one fast machine. But fast isn't everything. I do believe this will be good for sxs market. A little competition is always good. Its same as for autos its all what you prefer. | |

Very well said. Good thing that I drove old VWs for so long -- it prepared me to live with this Rhino 450 for the rest of my life...

| Damn is all I can say.
x3! I just watched all 18 minutes and wow. That must be the best air and cvt intake ever. The cvt exhaust is probably not so great (the outlander is kinda poor also) but is easily fixed.
After watching the video's I want one even more. Tough decsion given that I need 4 seats occasionally. The reality is that my Rhino will take me anywhere that the Commander or Rzr will go (except the Paiute Trail in Utah is Rzr 50; only). Knowing Can-am the inital pricing is lower than the long term pricing. They will build their name in SxS's and then raise the price. They currently have the SxS in a similar price range as the 800 Outlander top models.

It has 10" to start with, and there's a Holz kit that adds 3" more... With that TTI swing-arm rear suspension, you likely can't put 6" kits on them, like the Rhino or RZR.

If you add a 3+ mid travel kit you will get 10" of wheel travel. There fore, in my opinion the Can Am has a somewhat mid-travel on it.

Yeah, I'm curious to see the camo models. I don't care for the all-yellow ones (not that I'm going to buy one, anyway), but the red does look better, IMO...

| A few observations after looking at a few vids...
The dash flexed-inward when the start button was pushed??? The seats, when the guy got in, looked kind of "flexy" too.......They jumped around a lot.

If you want one before next spring, you may want to put a deposit down. I'm hearing that most dealers are only getting five of them out of the initial production run...

Think of all the legroom back there for a 4-seater though. You could haul actual adults... might want to fab up your own "bed delete" kit, though...

| I really like the lockable storage below the bed!
Those few of you whom I have ridden with know that the wife and I carry everything but the kitchen sink with us on a ride so that will be a nice place to keep lots of it locked up!

I like it too -- to keep things dry and secure. Would be a great place to haul that slick winch setup they have, or a chainsaw, or... Also would keep shit from flying all over the hillside when you venture to the darkside...
