| I have been looking for the right 69 SS for a long time now. I may have found it. Anyone else out there have 69 Camaros in their dreams or maybe know of one for sale?
This ride is not a matching numbers car, dont think I could afford a matching numbers car anyway. The powerplant is a factory bored 396 + .030 to a 402 cubic inch with the factory blueprints. The 402 came from a 69 Chevelle. It is rediculas what these cars bring now and this one is no exception. Any spare cash you may have would be greatly appreciated....and I am sure Uncle Sam wont care if you write your donation off on taxes, because it is such a worthy issue. :>) | |

| At one time that was the only thing I could think about. I like the 67's and 68's they changed the body and the grill a little in 69 and don't like them as much. I had a chance to buy a 68' RS that a old lady owned from when it was new for $2000, It only had 87,000 original miles. Dumb ass me listen to a x-girl friend and passed on the buy. That was in 96 now you can not buy one like that for under $25k. I fell in love with them from the movie "Better off Dead" , have wanted one ever since. I like the old Chevelle's to. A guy at work has a 65 Chevelle the thing is Mint. Candyapple red Perl its sweet. | |
