However, if I wear a helmet it is tight. Clayboy has about the same cut out of his and he is 6-2. He fits but it is tight. I am guessing 5" at most. Anyways, maybe someone else that is taller then me can give you better advice. | |

But I love the look as well as others who took less. I am 5'10" and have had no problems with clearance. I would suggest if you are over 6', stay around 51/2". | You guys do realize when you chop a cage you are making your ride more prone to roll right? I mean if it flips over on its side, a taller cage will work much more in your favor for KEEPING it on its side rather than continuing a barrel roll. | |

I took out 4".....yes, I built a different X brace and added the side braces. | |
