| Has anyone else had surface rust develop on their axles or the shafts going to the differentials? I noticed some surface rust forming on my rear shaft right before the park brake. Is there anyway to correct the issue? Can you paint them to prevent the rust? | |

| Not rust Matt, just discoloration of the metal and some dirt on it. They all do it. | |

Driveshaft is the last thing you have to worry about breaking on the Rhino. I've never heard of one breaking. | |

Driveshaft is the last thing you have to worry about breaking on the Rhino. I've never heard of one breaking. i have never heard of one breaking but i have striped the splines on mine 2 times. its apart now waiting on parts. the boss gear on the diff is striped this time also. | |

| just middle drive gear,several rear axles, driveshaft once, coulpling gear on the driveshaft 2 times and now the boss gear on the diff (its what the rear brake disk mounts to and the driveshat goes into). | |

| scuff with scotchbrite then spray with some wd-40. it will protect and if riding mud it makes for some easier cleanup | |
