| What kinda bumpers do you guys have? Looking for pros and cons. I'm looking to stay under 500 for the set and want some feedback. | |

| For proctection, built in winch mount and the fact that your radiator shouldn't be bent/crushed in a collision the EMP front bumper is nice. Many of the bumpers available mount to the brackets that mount the radiator and those can be bent on impact. Post pics of whatever you decide on. | |

| If weight is not a concern then I would definitely go with the EMP front bumper with winch mount. | |

| Ya....the EMP or the WARN like on Bush's S. They are both nice though, just depends on the price, they both have holes pre-drilled to mount your winch up high. | |

| I was leaning towards the EMP bumper. Now I gotta see if it'll interfere with whatever skid plates I get. I've had ricochet on all my quads, but the 3/8" uhmw I think it is intriguing. | |

| Everything I have read says to stay away from the ones that mount on the radiator supports, one bump = screwed radiator. Dont know why they would do that but I guess some do. | |

| I have the EMP with 3/8 skid plates no problem what ever bumper you chose make sure it mounts on each side of radiator not in front. I like having winch up front wher I can see it and oout of some mud | |

I have one like that and I took a substantial hit to my front. My radiator was not destroyed, but did sustain some damage. I wish I had reinforced it from the beginning. | |

| I went with Polaris because I wanted to mount 4" HID's and had to have everything work with the snow plow. If those are not issues with you, the EMP will get it higher out of the water and protect better if you front crash it. Uploaded with ImageShack.us | |

| I have the Polaris and Thunderhawk reinforcement. I also have the 3/8 FUTV skids. The skids were easier to install than the bumper with reinforcement bracket. hard to get everthing lined up and the mounting hardware seemed a little puny. | |

| I've got the racertech.. It has braces that tie into the front sway bar mount and then to the cabs frame.. Very strong and only weighs 22Lbs. Its a really good bumper if you want one light and strong.. Not cheap though. Any of the good front bumpers are going to be around 400. Here is a picture of mine from last year | |
