| Hose to the end of ur diff fluid container to fill point makes it lots easier. Oh and drop the skids or it gets messy. | |

| Suggest you also spend a few extra $$ and put synthetics in it. I changed both my front and rears to synthetic at my first service, when I also changed to Amsoil 10-40 synthetic motorcycle oil.
Because there's no issue of the "wet clutch" like with the motor oil, a synthetic from Autozone, Wally World, etc. should be fine -- it doesn't have to be something special for a motorcycle or ATV... | |

| I agree with KentT. Spend a few extra $ and get the synthetics. An some type of hose for the bottle will make it a lot easyer for the front diff.

| Do a check Tick..............Use the end of a wire-tie, dip it in the check-plug (upper) hole. I'd be willing to bet it's clean as a whistle...........if it is ,leave it alone. | |

| I agree with pate by checking the fluid first. I use one of these, you can get the syrenge and hose at Tractor supply. | |

| No need to change the diff fluids if it's clean? Even with first service? | |

| I agree with pate if it ain't got water in it leave it alone... As far as changing they have a "suction gun" at the local NAPA or about any parts store designed to change Diff fluids and trany fluids in cars.. I have one that I have had for many years and use it every time I deal with tight spots and it works great.. | |
